He was the father of Rembrandt Bugatti who was a renowned sculptor, his work is also highly valuable and sought after . Ettore Bugatti, his other son founded the Bugatti Motor Car Company.

"Poesia" D'après Carlo Dolci
DOLCI, CARLO (1616-1687), d'après "Poesia" Huile sur panneau , d'après l'original de Carlo Dolci qui est présentement dans la collection de la Galerie Nationale du Palazzo Corsini à Rome. Cette oeuvre du la première moitié du 19eme siècle à été exécuté par Michele Cortazzi qui était un peintre et maitre reconnu pour pour son talent à reproduire les oeuvres des grands maitres qui étaient exposé dans les musées. Ses oeuvres se vendait dans les galleries de Rome et de Florence destinés à une clientèle de touristes fortunés qui faisaient le Grand Tour de l'Italie au 19eme siècle. Inscription manuscrite au dos de l'oeuvre : "Painted in Florence by Michele Cortazzi in the winter of 1847-48". Dimensions de l'oeuvre : 21 x 16

ADNET, Françoise (1924-2014) - "Fille à la robe jaune dent un canapé". Huile sur toile . Née à Montmartre dans un milieu d'artistes en 1924, Françoise Adnet était fille du décorateur et ensemblier Jacques Adnet. Elle entrprend une carrière de pianiste qui la mène sur de nombreuses scènes en Europe mais ses passions véritables sont le dessin et la peinture , elle decide donc de s'y consacrer entièrement. Elle est fortement influencée, comme Bernard Buffet et Jean Jansem, par son ami Francis Gruber. Elle est de ces peintres de la réaction figurative, opposés à l’abstraction, et qui font partie du mouvement « misérabiliste » qui réunit entre autres Bernard Buffet, Jansem, ou encore Michel de Gallard.
