France: circa 1958 Serge Rezvani est un peintre, écrivain et auteur-compositeur-interprète français d'origine iranienne, né le 23 mars 1928 à Téhéran (alors en Perse). Il se qualifie lui-même de pluri-indisciplinaire Il a écrit plus de quarante romans, quinze pièces de théâtre et deux recueils de poésie. Il est l'auteur de plus de cent cinquante chansons, dont Le Tourbillon (de la vie), interprétée par Jeanne Moreau dans le film Jules et Jim, ainsi que de J'ai la mémoire qui flanche, également interprétée par Jeanne Moreau. (Rezvani a également écrit deux chansons pour le film "Pierrot le fou" du cinéaste Jean-Luc Godard, interprétées par Jean-Paul Belmondo et Anna Karina : "Jamais je ne t'ai dit que je t'aimerais toujours" et "Ma ligne de chance". Designed by Paco Rabanne and executed in Belgium in the late 1970s or early 1980s, Belgium, circa 1980. Table is in very good condition except for one small restoration to red laminated base. The restoration is at the top corner of the base underneath the tabletop. Not visible when the tabletop is installed. Otherwise the tabletop and agate is in perfect original condition no dents, no nicks, no scratches. Dimension details: 39" at the widest, 31" at the least wide (ends), 27" leg clearance (could be raised if needed or made into a coffee table) Belgium circa 1980
